7.22. Exhaust silencer removal and installation1. If the exhaust silencer is whole, and corrosion damaged only an internal pipe, it is recommended to cut off a pipe welding and to replace in a place.
2. Lift the car and establish on supports.
3. Unscrew nuts of a collar (step-ladder).
4. In blows of a hammer destroy consolidation in a joint of pipes.
5. A hammer with soft brisk displace the exhaust silencer and remove from a pipe.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of arms to a frame and remove terminal section with the exhaust silencer.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down. A joint condense with high-temperature hermetic.
