9.5. System of a dookisleniye of exhaust gases1. The system of additional oxidation of exhaust gases provides decrease in the contents in emissions of hydrocarbons and WITH at the expense of injection of the filtered air in a final collector. The system of a dookisleniye of exhaust gases of injector engines consists of the electromagnetic valve of an otsechka of the depression (photo) operated from the processor block, yazychkovy gates with filters, a plamegasitel and ezhektsionny tubes.

2. Check survey a condition of all hoses.
3. Disconnect hoses from an ezhektsionny tube, idling the engine muffle a tube a finger. At increase in turns on a tube accruing depression should be felt. Otherwise the tube is damaged or littered.
4. For check of a plamegasitel remove the air filter and disconnect from a plamegasitel a hose. Warm up the engine. Muffle the union of a plamegasitel a finger, finish turns to 3000 rpm and sharply release a butterfly valve. At the moment of transition to idling sharp increase of depression should be felt. Otherwise a plamegasitel replace.

6. Disconnect a hose from the valve case, unscrew screws and remove the case (is in the left corner of a motor compartment, a photo).
7. Check a condition of the yazychkovy valve. If necessary replace, having hooked and вытолкнув the valve from the case.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down. Check correctness of installation of the valve (photo). Fix hoses collars.
Tube
9. Lift the receiver assembled with the valve case for what unscrew case screws, the union on a final collector (grease with getting liquid) and an arm bolt. Disconnect tube hoses from the case.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Grease the union with structure from a carving prikhvatyvaniye.
Plamegasitel
11. Remove the air filter and disconnect from a plamegasitel hoses (photo). Installation is carried out upside-down.
