14.5. A brake disk - check, removal and installationCheck
1. Release nuts of wheels, lift the car and establish on supports. Remove wheels.
2. Remove a support with the cylinder and take aside.
3. Check a disk condition. At detection of traces of deep development (depth more than 0,38 mm) take a disk and прошлифуйте (photo).
4. Check palpation (especially if when braking vibrations were felt) by means of the strelochny indicator (photo). If palpation on the indicator exceeds norm, remove a disk and прошлифуйте.
Attention!
The disk in general is recommended to be removed periodically and прошлифовывать on it is dependent on indicator indications. At least it can be made by hand a small skin (photo) to reduce a roughness.
5. After polishing the thickness of a disk should not be less maximum permissible (the thickness is cast on a disk, a photo).
Removal
6. Remove a dustproof cover of a nave.
7. Remove шплинт.

8. Remove a cap.
9. Unscrew a nut of a nave and remove a washer.
10. Remove the external bearing.
11. Remove a nave assembled with a disk.
12. If the disk is перешлифовываться, get: epiploon.

13. If the disk changes, separate it from a nave for what unscrew bolts, обстучите on nave edge, hook screw-drivers and take a disk (photo). If to separate a disk in such a way it is not possible, grease a joint of a disk and a nave with getting liquid.
Installation
14. Establish a disk on a nave and screw bolts.
15. Evenly and gradually tighten bolts to the full.
16. Other operations are carried out according to GL.11.
